A Little Diddy For You🌴🌲🌳

A table carved out from a tree,

Is still a tree within.

Be it a broken leg,

a dent,

a scratch,

or any sort of sin.

And so behold this table,

this mastery of wood.

For once it was a tall thing,

and surely it was good.

A child marks it with a pen.

A glass leaves with it,

a ring.

And still it stands,

tall and true.

And for you,

I wish the same.
